Built from the dirt up.

Researched the zoning, bought the land outright, cleared and graded it, built a 240 sq ft tiny house and installed the solar. The site plan came from drone imagery.

A 1972 Cutlass, bought at 16 and rebuilt from forums and YouTube.
Maintenance on a 336-unit property, EPA Type 1 and 2 certified.
A proprietary dashboard system with no training available, learned anyway.
